Returns are only acceptable if you have received the wrong item. Other than that, there will be no returns.
To exchange the item for your correct one:
- Must contact me nomore than 3 days from the day you recieved your order. You can contact me through email at [email protected].
- Once I accept your return, you have 2 weeks to ship it back to the address that is given to you in the email I sent you.
- Product must no be used or taken out of it's acrylic containers for the safety of my customers. Once I receive the item back, I will check if it have been used or touch. If it's in good condition then I will do your exchanges for you. If the item have been used or touch, there will be no exchanges.
- You will responsible for shipping cost.
